We assist in preparation of Lease Contracts for Your Rental Property if needed, we negotiate, coordinate lease signings and lease renewals, correspond with owners and tenants

2. What does Relocation Kuwait charge for these services?

Half rent of one month is applicable on all properties rented or introduced by us.

3. Will Relocation Kuwait provide transportation?

Transportation can be provided as long as its arranged in advance and the consultant has enough time between appointments. Relocation Kuwait or the consultant is not responsible for any accidents or mishaps.

4. New to Kuwait. Will you guide us about the country?

Yes, you can feel free to discuss with the consultants, they are all very familiar with Kuwait and its culture.

5. What documents are needed to rent?

 The usual documents are as below:

Corporate/Companies: 1. Company License copy 2. Authorized signatory 3. Civil ID of the Signatory. 4. All the tenants documents listed below.

Individuals: 1. Passport copy & entry visa (if new to Kuwait) 2. Civil Id and Residence copy. 3. Marriage certificate 4. Salary certificate.
